Basically, we build one of a kind custom guitars. We send them all over the country to be signed by music industry professionals, and then we gift them to Texas charity organizations to auction for their benefit.

Scott Chapman was the owner of thee Artisan Pie Bakery in the Katy Texas area called Proud Pie. Proud Pie closed its doors on June of 2024 and its recipes and pastry chefs moved to the Dish Society restaurants and are currently the in house desserts for those restaurants.
